CANCELLATION POLICY

Q. How do i change or cancel my reservations?
A. Through the telephone, facsimile or e-mail. Please specify your Confirmation Number, Name, Hotel/Resort, Check In Date and Check Out Date.

Q. What is your resort's Cancellation Policy and what are the penalty if we defaulted?
A. Our Cancellation Policy and Penalty charges are as follows: A charge of one night room charges for the total package reserved shall be charged to you in the following event/s : Cancellation of reservation should be done 72 hours prior to arrival date. If cancellation is done less than 72 hours, a one night suite charge shall be imposed.
